Role: Network Support Agent
Department: Network Operations
Responsibilities:
• Working in a flexible shift rotation
• Managing daily 2nd line, phone and email support issues for network customers
• Daily anti-fraud, ID verification and payment management for network customers
• Handling communication of change requests within the group
• Game configuration support for new and existing customers
• Escalation of technical issues within the group
• Approval of customer marketing material
• Production of daily reporting for business customers
• Web-based training of NYX system for new and existing customers
• Full knowledge of product specific features developed in every release
• Be an expert on NYX product
Requirements:
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Swedish and Spanish languages both written and spoken an advantage
• Degree level qualified an advantage
• Experience and an interest in the e-gaming industry
• Minimum 3 years working experience in the Customer Service Industry ideally in an online service environment
• Flexible to the changing needs of a rapidly growing business
